Strolling through the produce section last week, I acted impulsively.  For reasons I can’t explain, I grabbed a container of kumquats off the shelf and dropped them into my cart.  I think I was seduced by their bright orange skins since I’ve never eaten a kumquat and don’t have a single recipe that uses them.

So please tell me, what the heck do I do with them now that I’ve got them?
